Our first contact with Jules Yates was in February 2021 as we were looking to buy a second home in Traverse City. At the age of 79 we have bought and sold several homes. Not one of our previous experiences can come close to our positive experience with Jules and Carissa his assistant. During a very active real estate market at that time Jules was always available to set up a requested showing and if not able to answer our call he was able to contact us within an hour. We were so pleased to return to “old fashioned” customer service. Jules was a good listener, had great knowledge about all aspects of the house as well as helpful suggestions as to changes that could be made. He displayed great patience in the many showings he set up at our request and was always on time for our appointments. We had several questions about riparian rights, surveys (and a legal description of the plot to match), and an easement agreement we needed to get into place for a shared driveway. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Jen. The first day working with her, it was clear that she wanted us to find our perfect home as much as we did.
